On Thursday Facebook releases updates of its messenger app.
Updated version consists of voice messaging and VoIP facility. The application
is released for iOS and Android.
Most of the people are using Facebook messenger for chatting
and stay connected with friends all the time. Facebook messenger is available
for Android and Apple devices. With Facebook messenger you can send messages,
photos, videos or any file attachments. The Facebook messenger is the best
option for SMS or Whats app messenger. Instead of sending limited text messages
to your friends by losing money you can send unlimited messages or share any
file on the Facebook messenger. If the person is not online then also you can
send offline message to that friend.
Now Facebook messenger is updated with voice messaging
facility. This is a very nice facility that provided by Facebook. Using voice
messaging facility you can directly record your voice and send the voice message
to any of your friend online. Because of this facility communication will now
become much clearer and the person to whom you are sending voice message will
easily understand what you want to say.
To send voice messages user has to tap on the “+” button at
the left side of text input option. You will see their option like to attach files,
emotions in those options you will now see the new “Record Voice” option. To
send a voice message user has to tap and hold the Record option and have to
speak using earphone mic. At the top you will see an equalizer showing volume
intensity. You can record messages of 1 minute length. As you complete the
message recording free the record button and message will automatically be
sent.
Facebook is also trying to add a facility of VoIP service
for calling but it will take some time may be rolled out in the next update as
per the company. The VoIP service is on testing level in Canada .
