Now Save Web Pages To Google Drive

Now you can keep web pages, images, PDF files and other useful web content directly to Google Drive on a single click. Before all the web page content, images or PDF file we need to save on our computer by downloading it and if we want these files to some other place we need to copy them into a pen drive or other storage device. To make this thing simple Google team of Google Drive launched an add-on for chrome browser using that you can directly save web pages to your Google Drive account with a single click.

You need to install this add-on to your Chrome browser to save pages to Google Drive.
After installing to save the web page you just need to right click on the webpage that you need to save you have an option that you can save the entire page as HTML or .mht format which is Google Documents format. Choosing this the whole CSS or Java Script page will store as a simple web file. This saved file you can then after see in the Internet explorer or Firefox browser.

Any web file Send to Google Drive

This is only for limited types of web pages but also we can use for different web content. For e.g. You can save any image by just right clicking on that image and can save that image directly to your Google drive account. This is also works for saving audio, video, and other office files directly through internet. It is not all to save the file over 25 MB if you try to save more than 25 MB file it will fail to save it.

The downloaded files are only saved in the root folder of Google Drive and you cannot change its location its stays default. The add-on will first save these files to your computer then you need to upload this file to your Google Drive account.  It means the same thing that you are doing before for saving just the way so storing the files has changed by Google.

It’s a good step by Google this very useful for business related peoples for data storing. Hope Google will come with new options and much more useful features in Google Drive.
